Words– are the most powerful form of the human race. Guns cause physical pain and sometimes death. Words cause emotional pain and sometimes also death.
 
Words can also be used as wisdom that can change your life. As I said, words are powerful.
 
Here we are looking at 8 pieces of wisdom that will change your life. These have been around for generations and will continue to. They will change your life as well as change others
 
 
 

1. WORDS ARE POWERFUL, USE THEM WISELY.

 
As already stated above. One word can make or break a person’s day or even life.
 
A simple ‘Good Morning’ to a stranger can just be that niceness they needed to go on with their life
 
Did you know that you got people who are watching your every move? Watching what you say? Yes they ae called kid. Even if you do not have any, they are still watching. Kids on your street. Your niece, nephew, friends children. 
 
Watch how you act and what you say. People are watching and so is karma
 

2. PEOPLE COME AND GO, BUT THE RIGHT ONES STAY.

Not everyone in your life is going to stay forever. Cherish everyone even if they do not stay. 

You know what they say 

Everyone in your life is there to teach you a lesson. Be vigilant

Sometimes people leave your life but that is ok. Look back on the time spent with them. . Ask yourself these questions

3. YOU ARE DOING ENOUGH EVEN IF IT DOESN’T FEEL LIKE IT.

Congrats you are living. Congrats you have made a difference in the lives of everyone you have met. 

Just waking up to start a new day is powerful. It can be hard to face the demons that we all have inside of us. Be happy for each accomplishment that you have made whether big or small

Every living being has failed multiple times in their life. Every living being will fail even more until they say. Your favorite superstars, your heroes, your family and friends. 

What makes a person different is how they act after failure. One can go on and quit. One can also learn from that and try again a different way. Be the one who tries again. 

I have failed many times on my blog and life. Did I get down not wanting to continue? Always but I chose to keep trying. Am I still failing in both? Sadly yes but I have to keep the faith that things will work out. 

Keep going. God has his plans for you and they will be greater than you can imagine 

 

5. RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS MAKE EVERYONE FEEL BETTER.

 
I think this goes in toe with #1. Your acts of kindness do not have to cost money. They can be cheap like words or coming over to spend time with a loved one.

6. LIVE FOR TODAY, NOT FOR TOMORROW.

Tomorrow may never come

Morbid thought but it is true. You can not change what happened yesterday and you can not predict what will happen tomorrow. Therefore it is best to just live in the moment. 
 
Put down that phone, get off the video game and be in the moment fully. You do not want your biggest regret in life to have missed out on the important small things.

7. NEVER LOOK BACK, THERE IS NOTHING THERE FOR YOU.

This is basically the same as number 6 but in reverse. 

You can not dwell on the past. You can only look at what it taught you

Everyone has regrets in life. Think about it, see what you can do to change so you won’t do the same in the future and move on. 
 
 
 
 

8. OVERTHINKING KILLS HAPPINESS

 
I think this is one wisdom that is as important as words being powerful and random acts of kindness.
 
Anxiety. Everyone has this mental health issue. Most do not have debilitating but all humans do have at least 10%
 
At night when you rethink your day and your heart races or you can’t sleep, this is anxiety.
 
How does overthinking kill happiness?
 
Overthinking gets into your head. Thus messing with every aspect of your body. You can lose sleep, lose focus, start eating unhealthy foods or even not eating at all.
 
When you overthink you focus on things that barely matter. This stress causes a loss of happiness.
 
I know overthinking is hard but there are ways to manage this.
 
  • Journal – what is it that is making you stressed
  • Turn off social media
  • Turn off the news
  • Take a bath to unwind
  • Meditate
  • Avoid whatever is the cause if at all possible
  • Seek help from a therapist 
 
 

Bonus wisdom to change your life

 
  1. Watch what you do and say as you are an influence to many people.
 
This wisdom comes in when having children around. Children are like sponges- they watch adults absorb and teach them about life.
 
If you are bullying someone then chances are the kid who watches you will become a bully. Before you go yell at them, take a look in the mirror.

What is funny is this doesn’t apply to just human children. I have kittens that watch the other cats for guidance. What they do, the kittens will also
